I'm William 👋. Due to the linear nature of time, I've now been an iOS developer for a frightening number of years, and it's only getting more frightening because those years keep on coming. I love to build things. iOS lets me build things that are useful and pretty, some of which I write about here - long may it continue.
I write as a way to understand. If I can rebuild something step by step, small enough that each step makes sense, then I've actually learnt it. Every post has an example project with tests because I don't want toy examples but code that I drop into production - of course, writing a post requires some compromises for readability. My posts tend to be longer and ask more of you, the reader, but what you put in is what you get out, so go grab a coffee and settle into a topic. What's 20 minutes between friends 😉.
